I'm a registered Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of experience specialising in addiction, eating disorders, co-dependency and mental health concerns.

I understand that seeking help for one's problem can be very confronting.  Mental health is not an issue we can easily discuss, and sadly we often carry a lot of shame around the problems we face.

  • Do you feel overwhelmed?
  • Do you wish things could change?
  • Are you tired of trying so hard?
  • Are you tired of feeling guilty?
  • Are things getting out of control?
  • Is someone you love suffering with an addiction?

I understand the battle you face when you think about changing your life.

I understand that that idea of changing is frightening sometimes.

I understand that at times you can feel very alone.

I understand how powerless you feel watching someone destroy themselves and your family.

I can offer you:

  • a safe space free of judgement
  • total confidentiality
  • emotional support
  • the tools to change
  • education around your problem
  • family support and intervention (where appropriate)
  • Referral to the appropriate professionals for additional support

I believe in creating a compassionate safe place for individuals so that they can have an opportunity to examine what is going on for them in a completely non-threatening non-judgemental environment.
